Tariff: It is for the room only and is exclusive of service charge and any Government taxes applicable from time to time.
Settlements Of Bill: It must be immediately settled on presentation personal cheques are not accepted.
Damage Of Property: Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible.
Management Rights: The Management reverses to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest's shall be bound to vacate, when requested to do so.
Relation between company Visitor: Nothing here in above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy, sub tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises. The hotel shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the hotel premises.
Departure Check out time is 24 Hrs. Please inform at the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond the checkout time. Guest ID proof is compulsory.
Visitors are requested to keep their belongings properly locked. The Hotel will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of damage of visitor's goods or any other property not in-trusted to the management whether due to neglect of hotel's employee or other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
Foods and other eatable articles either from the market or from hosts and other restaurant or from any other source shall not be permitted either in the rooms or in the dining hall.
Customers/ visitors shall be bound to deposit all his cash, valuables, ornaments and other articles at the cash counter for which a printed receipt shall be given to him by the cash counter in charge. In the absence of such printed receipt, no claim for any cash or valuable shall be entertained. Deposit of such amounts and valuables by the customers without obtaining any printed receipt shall not be valid and binding on the management.
Loss due to theft, negligence or any other cause of the personal belongings like cash, valuables etc, of the customers shall be borne by him(Customer) and the management shall in no case of responsible for any such loss.
The customers shall meet their visitors/guests/hosts etc either in the restaurant or in the lobby and they shall not be permitted in the rooms occupied by the customers.
Liquor strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.
Cloth washing in the rooms strictly prohibited.

Amendments of Rules: The Management reverses the right to add, alter or amend any of the above rule terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
